I set out to understand people — what makes them step forward with confidence, what quietly holds them back, and how the right kind of attention at the right moment can shift everything.
Having served both private and social entreprises; across Financial Services, Healthcare & Medical Technology, Automotive and Professional Services Industries; I kept returning to the same observation: most organisational performance challenges are, at core, human ones - People who have yet found their footing. Leaders who are technically strong but quietly disconnected from those they lead.
